Return/Exchange Policy

Replacement/Return Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. However, we know there are times when you may want to return or exchange an item. 

We accept returns within 30 days and expect your product to be in its original condition.  We ask you to ship the product back to us at:

We can send you a UPS return label upon request.  When the product gets back to us, we will inspect it and then issue a credit to you for the original cost of the product less our 5% re-stocking fee (which helps to cover the cost of the original shipping).  Return shipping fees are not refunded.  We reserve the right to assess up to a 15% Re-stocking Fee and deduct the cost of any damaged or missing parts, on all returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

It's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip or order confirmation emails.

Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Warehouse/woodshop

Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.

Mail or ship the package to the address listed above. (Return shipping is not refunded)

For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense.

Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.

We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 business days after receipt of your package.

For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order.  Please allow time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error, we can't refund shipping charges.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

All of our products are very modular and if damaged via shipping, certain parts can be very easily replaced.  We prefer to send replacement parts when there is damage as this saves energy & expense.

Please keep in mind that on occasion, damage may occur to boxes and packaging while en route from our warehouse to their destinations. This is accidental and is usually limited to just the box or item packaging itself; only very rarely is the actual item damaged during shipping.

Late Returns/exchanges/damage

If a product has a problem past our 30 day policy we still would like to help make the customer happy!  If there is a problem due to defect, Beka Inc will decide on a case to case basis whether or not to replace parts at no charge.  After 30 days we require the customer to pay for shipping & handling of any parts sent to them.

Our standard shipping method is UPS. 
Orders shipping internationally or to a PO Box will ship either via UPS or USPS.
If your order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, the shipping costs will be determined and we will contact you with the amount for approval before shipment.  Or feel free to contact us!

We can ship EXPEDITED!  Please contact us if you'd like to get a quote for expedited shipping.
